Application for Citizenship

I have been in Singapore for almost 10 years and gotten my PR since 2012. I am currently working in the banking industry.

Just got an offer to work in Hong Kong but now thinking to apply for Singapore Citizenship as I am not sure if I can still get my REP renewed after relocation.

the earliest time slot to submit citizenship application is in Feb. If I had already left Singapore, would there still be a chance to get the citizenship? I have a private property under my name. would that help to prove my connection with Singapore?

just play the game like all others who milk the system , retain a Singapore postal address whilst working overseas

retain a postal address is not an issue but how to justify if I don't work here....
