Need uber website designer

Hello all,

I'm looking for a good, affordable, but ultra cool website designer. Someone mentioned somebody called Sydney Loh who has done some very good work but is expensive, so I was wondering if theres anyone else of his calibre and more affordable?

What are good examples of flash websites? I'm trying to build a flash heavy website, but just don't want to use the free templates or paid templates as they all seem quite boring.

Anyone with any suggestions for local cos?

Or is it best to contact Malaysian or Indian companies by email? Someone recently suggested that the quality of work in those countries is far superior to here and the price charged is a fraction of here.
