Work permit - little experience

Dear all,

At the moment I am working at an international Public Relations agency in Bangkok, Thailand. I have been here one year with the first 6 months as an intern. After graduating last August the company offered me a job, which I've taken (started last November).

At the moment I am considering moving to Singapore some time later this year, however I am not sure about getting a work permit. I know that in Thailand it is rather difficult to get a long-term working permit.

Does anyone of you know if it would be possible to obtain a work permit for me in Singapore, considering the fact that my only working experience (besides two 6-month internships) is my time in Bangkok?

FYI: I am originally from Holland and the company is a major PR agency with offices all over the world. Any info is much appreciated.

If your company is well-known, already established in Singapore and has enough faith in you to sponsor you, you're very unlikely to have problems. Being Caucasian also helps.
