PR Application

Post by fynlow » Sun, 19 Jun 2016 11:11 am

Hi,

If I want to apply for PR application, these are the documents which requested from ICA:

1. Testimonial from previous employer (is it a must to submit?)
2. Payslips of last 6 months (can be the payslips from previous employer?)

Thank you very much!

ICA asks for it. If you genuinely cannot obtain one, then you have no choice except to try to submit without one. If you can obtain one, then get one and submit it.
2. Payslips of last 6 months (can be the payslips from previous employer?)
Provide what ICA asks for. If the last 6 months of payslips includes 2 months from your current employer and 4 months from your previous employer, then submit them. If you have 6 months of payslips from your current employer, then submit them. Whatever the last 6 months of payslips are, submit them.

Be aware that "testimonial" doesn't mean you get a letter from your previous employer stating what a great employ you were, it means a letter that states your dates of employment, position held, and final salary.
