Re: PR Application - what are the odds?
She's been here 3 years, you 9 months... so you haven't been married very long or you have mostly been out of country. How long have you held an employment pass? Where was your physical address of residence prior to 9 months ago. And what is your race/nationality?
I don't see it happening... your wife has met minimum stay requirements, you have not. Salaries are on the low side. And I think the gahmen will take a wait and see attitude as to whether or not you are a "real" family unit with Singapore staying power before granting PR.

We are Indian couple. I have held EP for 7 months. I get your point. Fingers crossed anyway! :S

If it fails wait for 3 tax assessments and re-apply. Alternatively reapply if major circumstances change (job, salary, children, education).
I not lawyer/teacher/CPA.
You've been arrested? Law Society of Singapore can provide referrals.
You want an International School job? School website or http://www.ISS.edu
Your rugrat needs a School? Avoid for profit schools
You need Tax advice? Ask a CPA
You ran away without doing NS? Shame on you!
