hmmm okie guys thanks much...lets see.. though ep status showing only pending...they have not mentioned anything like it is coz of bank overdue or something ..but as i know m stuck with this problem i mentioned to you all .

no no guys i will be paying them no worries but just to want to know if they already has taken action in credit control unit then will they take it back ? i mean i want to know so that EP get approved ? ..will they take back action agains me ?

See, what you are missing.

You have all the intent to pay them, but until you tel them that, they gonna decide you did a runner, and mark you for toxic asset.
