Post by AdenJolly » Thu, 09 Jun 2016 8:53 pm

Hi,

General inquiry: I'm Indian from dubai, planning to migrate to singapore with family around july'16 with employment pass. I would like to know is it worth to move singapore from dubai, also like to know the likelihood of getting PR in singapore, further any idea how long it takes to obtain PR ?.
apparently I dont see any category in IPA as P1, P2... for EP but in summary my salary is around 14 K S$ per month and am holding software engineer position & bachelor in engineering with 10+ years of experience. please advise.

Many Thanks,

I literally threw a dart at my son's dart board and it hit the 13 if that helps.

I tried that after I saw your note PNGMK. Missed the board and it bounced off and landed in the monsoon drain. I reckon that mean zero? Not likely? How long is a piece of string????

Well both of our efforts probably yielded as much information as the OP needs to know. No one really knows OP.

If PR is the sole objective of your move, then think carefully.. If you stay long enough here and stay employed with that level of income.. yes, PR may be possible.. nothing guaranteed though..

Since your move is from Dubai (do they give life time PR's there?)...weigh your choices taking into consideration future career growth, income potential etc. as well..

You need to wash you hair but putting your head into the toilet bowl and pushing the flush button. The find a sheet of plastic, lie under it and set it alight.
