I studied in Singapore years back (bachelor's degree) for 2 years. Also the HR mentioned that they have indeed posted the job ad on the Singapore jobbanks - and I saw the job post too - though I can't see it now, perhaps it's expired?

I tried using the SAT tool and when I tried 4.8k salary, the tool said that I am eligible for both Epass and Spass.

What do you think the chances of getting approval for such case?

Any comments :(
Are you going to be working for a body shop or directly for an end employer?

Hi Strong Eagle,

I have signed the offer letter prepared by the employer itself - no consulting firm involved whatsoever. I suppose it is considered an end employer?

What I mean is... the company that is hiring you... do they have an intention of placing you into other companies as a consultant/tech/specialist?

Hi Strong Eagle,

No. I believe they won't as I will be working as one of their in-house designers.

Then you are past one hurdle... there have been many posts in this forum from people who want to work for bodyshops... they wait and wait and wait.

Yay!

For 3++ years experience, do you think it is logical to be paid 5k per mo?

Pls advice.

Are you asking if you are over paid or under paid ?

I would say you are just there or around the upper range. Not under paid

Thanks Ecureilx!

Is getting higher (but not too high I suppose, or it would also lead to rejection yeah?) pay will increase the chance of the EP approval?

The status is now pending from vetting agencies.

Any comments :(
Decent chance to get it approved.
