How to get an immigration to Singapore

I would like to work in singapore and have been trying the same for last 6 months but no success. So is there a way to get a job there in the field of Information Security under Risk Compliance domain.

Best way is a transfer with the company you are currently working for.

But i won't be getting a transfer with my present organisation

Then you need to find a job here. There's almost no other avenue (except marriage) now. Singapore is not actually a high migrant intake country. Perhaps look to Canada or Australia.
