S Pass Pending More than 2 Week.

Post by Baran » Tue, 10 May 2016 7:08 pm

I got Job Offer in IT Sector. My Employment Agency first applied E Pass That get Rejected( Salary Range Issue). Then they did appeal with higher Salary for E Pass.. After They said Appeal also rejected(Again Salary Range issue) So they put S pass..Still pending more than 2 Week..
How much chance to get Approved??
Why it takes more than 2 Weeks??

Thanks in Advance

If what you have told us is true (100%) you chances are virtually zero if it's the same employer. Reason? When your potential employer files for an EP there is a spot on the form that asks the employer to tick if they want the MOM to also consider an S pass IF not suitably qualified for the EP. It also goes on to say that "If you don't want to consider an S pass, you will not be able to apply for an S pass later if the EP is rejected".

Sooooo, based on what you have written, you chances are zero. At least with that employer anyway.

And even if you didn't have the S-Pass issue that SMS told you about, you'd still have a problem. See, MoM doesn't like it when an EP is rejected and all of a sudden there is more salary because too often that salary is only on paper. The employee must give it back.
