So you don't have any EP yet and no formal ground to go to SG and work.

So OP employer has been caught out bringing in a worker on SVP repeatedly and is belatedly applying for an EP?
I not lawyer/teacher/CPA.
You've been arrested? Law Society of Singapore can provide referrals.
You want an International School job? School website or http://www.ISS.edu
Your rugrat needs a School? Avoid for profit schools
You need Tax advice? Ask a CPA
You ran away without doing NS? Shame on you!

Thank you is there any way that we could give a compliant to MOM regarding this? Any impact that would seriously come in?

Yeah, you could be banned from ever returning to Singapore. No loss to them, but maybe for you, so tread carefully. Make sure the throat you try to cut isn't your own.

Here are your options (quoting my earlier post):

"If you haven't already, please inform your manager that you will be unable to travel to Singapore again on your STVP since ICA has already warned you to stay away, at least clearly enough. If your employer wants you to work...er, attend "business meetings" in Singapore, then your employer will need to obtain an Employment Pass for you. Or find a legal resident of Singapore who can handle the meetings. Or set up a video conference link so you can attend the meeting(s) virtually."

+1

And to OP, even though MOM and ICA are government agencies, that fact that you lodged an EP Application etc may or may not be taken into consideration by ICA.

In the past ICA used to give some value to those with Pass application pending. Of late, No, they just don't bother.
