Can you be sure this will not delete anything important? Some registry cleaners have caused more problems than they were meant to fix.
Unless the person doing this knows how to backup and recover a former registry they could be taking a risk.

the spysweeper popup is gone. but not the mediacontextnotification sh*t. argh!

all i can say is that i have used it for at least a couple of years and nothing has been damaged ... it does a scan and recommends a course of action ...

I don't know what happened here....I updated my Office 365, and that pop-up was gone! Miracle!
