I believe the cheapest way is by ferry from Bintan or Batam.

SOME PEOPLE TRY TO TURN BACK THEIR ODOMETERS. NOT ME. I WANT PEOPLE TO KNOW WHY I LOOK THIS WAY. I'VE TRAVELED A LONG WAY, AND SOME OF THE ROADS WEREN'T PAVED. ~ Will Rogers

printing brochure services and business cards

There's a lot of competition for you.yukprint indo wrote:printing brochure services and business cards
Including off shore printers in Australia, with extremely attractive rates and free shipping.
Just Google and see how it works out.
In the meantime do come over and start reaching out to prospects.

Re: how to target Singaporean SMB (Small Medium business)?
i have checked some prices online and it seems like i have better rates
i checked "print brochure singapore " keywords
but yeah gotta admit that cant compete at the price at large quantity ( more than 3000 copies of brochures ) since i got very expensive shipping here but with good shipping rate, i believe that i can compete
any recommendation for very cheap shipping to singapore from surabaya ?

Well, how about those who take orders in Singapore, but get the work done in Johore and send it back ?yukprint indo wrote:i have checked some prices online and it seems like i have better rates

Have you considered doing it all online? Put up a good website. Make sure your website is first class when allowing your customers to upload graphics and content. Offer freebies. Offer one hundred percent money back guarantee.
If your website is easy to use, your product good, your turnaround times fast, and your prices competitive, your business will grow by word of mouth.
There is no real surefire way to target small businesses. You can try mailers... response rates are extremely low. You could approach a handful of businesses in business lines you would like to represent and offer them free printing in exchange for their recommendation to their friends and other business owners.
