Spass application weeks apart

Post by omar33 » Tue, 12 Apr 2016 7:03 pm

I'm currently employed to Company A. Company A recently (2weeks ago) renewed my Spass for another 1year. A month ago, I applied for Company B. Company B called me (after a month) and said they are going to hire me and they are going to apply an Spass for me. I wanna go to Company B because it's a big company and has better benefits.

Will there be a problem with the MOM? MOM just recently renewed my Spass, and after a few weeks later comes a new application from me for a new company. Is a there high chance that I will get rejected?

Well, going by current trend, the chance of the new pass being rejected is high, unless you are
a) exceptionally talented
or
b) highly paid.

Since you have taken the leap, now what else can you do ?

Just proceed on your application with company B. If your pass gets approved for company B, then plan your resignation with company A and continue from there. If your pass gets rejected, then at least you have a fall back of still being employed with company A. :)
