Just now called MOM customer service they said since my S pass already expired so I don't need to go EPOL cancel. Just return to MOM can already. So I just anyhow type a letter and enclosed with the letter they gave when i received my new pass. Haha not sure if it will work but that's all I have. Obviously the website never state properly.

Apparently, a lot smarter than you are. He was on an E pass previously. There is no levy on E passes, therefore it it costing the boss more.

My LOC has been approved on 13 May 2016. Started working on 16 May 2016.

Already been rejected 3x? What is your basic salary? I ask because you are still on an S pass. If you are knocking down 100K/pa with commission, It would seem like your employer would put you on a higher draw and an EP and save the Levy Fees.
Donations don't do anything.

I am told blood donations help
like every 2 months for red blood donation or every 4+ months for double red cell donation
Pun intended

Hi, Just wanna ask if i got a pay increase and epass renewal recently.
Should i submit these information to ICA, and how should i submit?
Currently i'm on my 11th month waiting for the PR, and kind of wondering whether any information at this point would be useful to tip the scales.

If your "BASIC" Salary increases, send in the pay slips to ICA.
If your "Commission" increased, from past experience, I doubt they care less.
