Visa for UK - Application Problems

You have to register to gain access to online forms etc.
I cannot register online with:
https://www.visa4uk.fco.gov.uk/account/register

Message received "you are unsuccessful should contact [email protected]"

I emailed them but no reply.

I need to apply for a visa for my Filipina friend who wants to visit UK for holiday.

Anyone experienced similar problems and is there a another way around this problem?

Go to the embassy. That's my 2 cents.

If she's not resident here they won't accept the application here.
