Another badly written survey. IT starts off by asking you the (your?) autism was diagnosed...
I not lawyer/teacher/CPA.
You've been arrested? Law Society of Singapore can provide referrals.
You want an International School job? School website or http://www.ISS.edu
Your rugrat needs a School? Avoid for profit schools
You need Tax advice? Ask a CPA
You ran away without doing NS? Shame on you!

It is indeed. It clearly shows that whoever has written it has only formal, not even theoretical insight into the problems. It looks very much like somebody (a random person) was just hired to write it up or it is a work of a student who only cares to have it done to get some scores and forget about it.

For a good start you would need someone with domain knowledge or at least some experience with people on the spectrum. Clearly you are not one of such people and not going to get the skills and experience in the time you have to complete the work for your degree or whatever it is. This whole survey is just full of nonsenses. The whole idea to ask general public about autistic people job opportunities is IMHO a nonsense - how do they suppose to know, the related problems etc? If you aimed at a specific group of people like parents of autistic children, or people with autism, then you should have stated this somewhere.
Below in more details:

Which hospital diagnosed the autism?

Does it has to be a hospital? You give no other choices.

How old is the autism being diagnosed?

What kind of language/form is it? In general? autism? The kid I know or take care of? my autism?

How you think that any prospect of finding employment opportunity after completed school programme?

A complete nonsense question (leaving aside the language). You throw to one box practically fully functional and independent individuals with others who may be non-verbal, non-communicative and requiring 24/7 care. Yes, they both could be diagnosed with autism. You truly have no slightest idea about autistic people. Really, it is not enough to watch Rain Man, even 3 times.

Let me just stop here.

Thank you for your comment. I will definitely look into it and improve it. But first of all, I would like to say that my survey to ask the hospital to diagnosed may has the reason. Why you say that you have no other choices? There is many hospital in different area of Singapore. you can choose the hospital you trust and believe. Someone who stay in Jurong will travel to KKH to check rather than choose their nearby hospital. Do you know why?

How old is the autism being diagnosed is a open question to all. That include the parent or individual with autism. Of course for those who in severe condition will not able to answer my question, but parent can assist.

lastly, thank you for your comment. watching the Rain Man does not mean that still can understand what is autistic people as Autism people's mind you will never understand somehow their own parent in sometime. Thanks.

Thanks for saving us all the stress of replying mate! I think we need to rename the survey section - "Survey's Savagely Critiqued". I don't think we've had a single answerable one since we started it.

Survey's Savagely Critiqued would be more appropriate indeed.

Because to diagnose autism there is no need for hospital facilities and not only hospitals diagnose autism. You need a related professional to do this. Not an institution with facilities. Do you know how autism is diagnosed? Do you know what professionals diagnose it?

You need to study the subject first before coming up with the survey.

Secondly, you need to show your survey to someone who knows English well, preferably a native speaker. I'm not the one and my English is rather poor but what you presented in the survey is just a disaster.

Thirdly, you need to show your survey to some control group of people who know the subject, parents of autistic children, psychologists, occupational therapist, speech therapists etc. and amend it following their suggestions.
Also, you should have your supervisor involved at this point, to call out the mayor methodological nonsenses, but if s/he accepted the current version then you need a new supervisor.

Lastly, one more English proof reading step and you should be ok.

And don't improve the current version. Start from scratch.
