To clarify - this is from propguru - one of the well RE info sites around town. I looked at it and thought NO WAY can that correlation be correct.

If the graph seems true over 10 years (2005 - 2015) it means that will be the case for the next coming years. Time to buy real estate? or maybe wait a little bit?
