Interior Paint Sample pots

Post by shobhadsa » Thu, 24 Mar 2016 11:16 am

Hi,

Is it possible to buy small sample pots of paint (less than 1 Litre) to test a few shades on the wall before we finalize the shade?

I have been calling around and it appears that it is not possible to do so in Singapore?

Do folks just decide based on the shade card? I am a little concerned because some times the actual color on the wall could end up looking slightly different.

Any suggestions? TIA.

Yeap, that's the way they do it and invariably it's not what you expect.

It's a PITA. Seriously you see some crappy paint jobs sometimes.

Thanks!! I am just going to have to resign myself to buying a couple of 1 Litre tins.. to check the shade instead of living with a weird shape for years :-)

Pick a weird shade from the paint chip. It may look great on the wall. ;-)
