Disseration Topic: "An Examination into the Proliferation of Spas and Health Clubs in Singapore and their ties to money laundering and corrupt politicians with a view to examining the effect of such businesses on legitimate businesses that are competing for the same limited resources".
I not lawyer/teacher/CPA.
You've been arrested? Law Society of Singapore can provide referrals.
You want an International School job? School website or
http://www.ISS.edu
Your rugrat needs a School? Avoid for profit schools
You need Tax advice? Ask a CPA

Same as how they tax products or items received in kind - in lieu of payment.
I am not sure what IRAS is upto, unless they have a specific blogger in sight, somebody who maybe making a lot of money - all in gifts and kind.

Cough. I was referring to the beloved PM receiving payments from a blogger for his hurt feelings (which is ultimately what a defamation suit is all about?).

That blogger is not good in revenue generation

and he is very much naive, and his partners aren't helping him either.
I think they are going after the TRS duo.
