Isn’t PEP just an EP with a license to job hop?
Actually more like "temporary PR" but you have to have the income to prove it.

no they cannot. they don't have an office in singapore. even if they opened a branch for them - it doesn't really help doesn't it as I will be the only employee (100% EP? that won't sit well with MOM).. unless of course they hire more people - but why would they do that...

just final update. i applied for PEP and got approved.
now i need to find a job...
