can anyone recommend any good happy hour bars that have expat clientele -- central location preferred (boat quay, orchard, etc)? my girlfriends and i want a place to have a drink after work and "shoot the breeze" and maybe even meet some fellas.
thanks!

Hi you could try Dubliner near Orchard, or Carnegies which is between Church Street and Cross Street. Also Try out Club street.

there's also new asia bar....there's free entrance till 8 pm and happy hour till 9 pm. The view is superb. Its on the 70th floor of Swissotel.
After 10, it gets quite crowded and turns into a disco.
