Hello all,
I have found a good filipino maid to take care of my baby and house chores..She is here for 2 years and her contract gonna end by May 2016.I wish to transfer her to my home.She also wants to go to native and meet her kids either before or after joining with us.Her current employer planned to stop her contract by end of Mar 2016 due to their own family problem.
We are aware if her current employer cancels her pass by end of Mar 2016 and send her to phillipines its big procedure for us to bring her back to SG
1) Now When should i apply work permit for her?
2) After i apply work permit and get her the IC,can she easily go to phillipines and come back?..or what is the proper procedure to transfer a filipino maid?
