Does anyone know how long it takes for the NRIC to arrive (after completion of PR formalities)?

IC collection procedures have changed in the last couple of years and you need to take an appointment (depends on when it is available) if you are collecting it directly from ICA. It is different if you are collecting it from SingPost.
