Elle90, can you give it a rest. It has absolutely no bearing on the success or failure of the application. Neither does the length of time taken.

Elle90, can you give it a rest. It has absolutely no bearing on the success or failure of your application. Unless you and your extended family are absolute perfect clones of sgstrait

So I just have to submit what's necessary will do, don't have to get the past employer records is also alright.

You only need to produce exactly what they ask for. This way it will show them also if you can follow directions or not
If they ask for it, submit it, if they don't, don't. However, if they want additional docs/verification they will ask for it later. So, to have your own records up to date and available and in your records, it's a good time to spend the time to complete your dossier as you never know what the future holds. I still have all my tax returns that I've ever filed (first one was in 1967). Where possible I have letters & testimonials or other forms of verification of my employment history. I also have all my documents scanned and several copies made and kept in different locations. It's easy to do and incremental additions means you are covered for any eventuality.

The above is correct. Follow the instructions to the book. Don't confuse the case handler or add to their paperwork. Help them to help yourself and your application. This applies to most applications in life.
