a good paediatric surgeon

Hello everyone
I will be moving to Singapore from Nigeria in a month's time with my hubby and 2 children. the second baby has a challenge (he's achondroplastic)which needs either a surgery or brace and some drug follow up. He's 2 years plus but his developmental milestone isn't encouraging. I need help as that will be the 1st most important thing we wanna do.
