Pharmacy ordering medicinal products process

Attention all Singapore pharmacists.
I am new in Singapore and will be working in pharmacy in the near future. I currently doing a mini side project where I need to do a flow chart of the ordering process of drugs in Singapore pharmacy. It differs to Australia so your help in explaining this briefly would really help me.
I heard that all registered products go to a centralized GPO where prices are negotiated and then public hospitals order from there.
Is that a similar process implemented for private hospitals and community pharmacy?
