No price list, no web page, prices on the shelf. Will attempt to get you your favorite brand of hooch if possible. Nothing special on beer prices, hard liquor prices much better than NTUC, Fair Price.JR8 wrote:Wish I'd have discovered it earlier, the prices are cheaper than in Scotland!

Mac-18 at circa S$250
JW-Red circa S$40
Does it publish a price-list, sell beer, do home delivery? Google doesn't bring up a website. Could be a useful source for others...

May not even still be in business since the riots in little Indian, what with the curbs on selling alcohol there. I have no idea.

Who knows... it also sells electronics of all sorts as well as clothing and a variety of knick-knacks. They weren't in direct competition with the liquor store a few doors down who sold nothing but alcohol, and which is also quite cheap, but certainly augmented their income with booze.sundaymorningstaple wrote:May not even still be in business since the riots in little Indian, what with the curbs on selling alcohol there. PS: The Google street view images are current to 2015.

In addition to ICA's e-Xtend short-term visa, their web site lists a long-term visa. In addition to mention of a sponsor, this is what it takes - nowhere does it say who is eligible to apply or how long is long-term:
Welcome to e-VP
This facility allows you to submit an online application for Visit Pass (long term).
Applicants who are successful in their applications will be required to report to Visitor Services Centre, within two months from the date of the in-principle approval notice, for the completion of formalities.
Digital Photograph Submission (Optional)
Applicant can submit digital photo image file with the following specifications :
Your photograph image must be
In colour taken against plain white background without shadows;
Taken within the last 3 months;
Show the full face and without headgear
(headgear worn in accordance with religious or racial customs is acceptable but must not hide the facial features);
Please refer to our digital photo image guidelines for more details.
Your photograph image attachment file must be
in JPEG format ('jpg' extension);
file size should be about 60 Kbytes;
dimension of the photo image has to be 400(Width) by 514(Height) pixels;
Please use our online image editing tool to meet the above file size and dimension specifications.
Applicant whose digital photograph does not meet ICA's requirements will be required to bring a photograph for the completion of formalities.
Why hasn't anyone mentioned this before?

Unless ICA changed the rules suddenly, only spouse / children / parents can apply for LTVP. That bit of info is somewhere there in the ICA Site.
Did I miss something ?
