Visa runs are not recommended in any country these days. I suggest you apply for a visa and obtain that before you next enter Singapore. Once your record has improved, by applying for and complying with visas, they might let you in again without one. That's not a rule. Just common sense.

Feel sorry for you, you being the typical yolo generation did a careless mistake that will haunt you through out your life. Everytime you apply for a visa for any country there is a question, have you ever been refused entry into a country. Now you either tell the truth and face additional scrutiny or lie and face other consequences.
