Yeah, I got to agree with you there. You couldn't compare with what doesn't even exist in heads of the Democratic candidates.Strong Eagle wrote:Looks a lot like Republican presidential candidate brains.earthfriendly wrote:Degenerative brain disease from contact sport

Re: Health
Overdiagnose, overtreatment, over reliance and overuse of medical system can end up causing more issues. Be prudent and strike for balance.

Re: Health
Ditto to that. So glad for her thoughtful writing on this important subject. I am amazed by how little importance people attached to sleep. Getting sufficient quality sleep is transformational. As I emphasized to my kids, sleep is their #1 priority. Over school work. And they are allowed to skip homework if it overwhelms into their sleeping time.At the time you decided to prioritize sleep in your life, you were already the boss, able to set boundaries where you wanted. Even so, were there people in your life who pushed back against those changes?
Not surprised at Trump's sleep pattern, which explains a lot about his erratic behaviors. Vote for leaders with good sleep habits.
Do yourself a favor by making sure you get enough sleep. If you haven't already doe so. Your body will thank you for it. The people around you will thank you for it.
