Transfer Employment To Subsidiary Company while PR Application Pending

Post by herman_dd » Fri, 29 Jan 2016 11:26 am

Dear All,

I've tried to search this forum for similar cases like mine but couldn't find it.

My PR application status is still pending. Recently, as the career secondment, I will be transfer to another subsidiary company.
From MOM, it is stated that the new company needs to apply new EP.
I am wondering what is the impact to my current application? Is it as good as change to new employer?

Hope to get some feedbacks and thank you so much.

If you will be receiving a new EP then, yes, you will need to inform ICA of the change.
