Local Sponsor for Female Visitor whose child is studying in Singapore

Understand that Local Sponsor is required for Female visitors whose child is studying in Singapore on a Student’s Pass.
However what help can be offered if the female visitors could not find any Local Sponsor in Singapore. Female visitor does not have families, friends or relatives base in Singapore.
