Consumers will be able to use Singtel set-top boxes to stream Netflix content from April, says the telco. Singtel users will also potentially get a smoother streaming experience under Netflix's Open Connect programme.
Under the partnership, new and re-contracting Singtel customers will get complimentary Netflix subscriptions for up to nine months when they sign from Jan 22 to Jul 22. Customers will also be able to watch Netflix via Singtel set-top boxes from April, said the telco.
