Hello,
I have narrowed my search for condos down to Four Seasons, Regency Park and Spring Grove. I just looked through the Strait Times and the prices are much lower than those that my agent has given us.
Does anyone know what the average price of a smaller four BR at Four Seasons, a three BR in a Regency Park highrise, and a penthouse at Spring Grove should go for if clean, newly painted and fairly updated?
Any help would be appreciated! Thank you!
