PR application 5 months finished

Hi Friends,

I have applied for PR in July last week and after 5 months still the status shows as pending.In most of the pr applications, outcome is known after 4 months. I have the letter which says 4-6 months to know the outcome of the application.

I am planning to wait for one more month to know the response and then reach out to ICA if they need more documents and ask for update.

Would like to know if anyone is waiting for more than 6 months to know the outcome of the pr application. Did anyone apply in August for PR if so did you get the response from ICA?

Yes. Many had got rejection/ approval even applied after July.
