Good they don't allow (?) this* in Singapore as surely there would be many willing to pay for it and charge more to the tenants.
We lived in a
condo situated just at the bottom of Holland Hill. The condo was facing Queensway and had the Queensway address. I found some funny discussions on local
property buyer fora that this condo is a joke and not worth to buy because it is not really in the Holland area.
*) Instead, the developers put the "prestigious" component inside the condo name.
