Hi all, I'm a EP holder working in retail industry, having close to 10k salary. I'm currently in deep shxts of finance troubles with bank loans credit cards debts (mainly bank loans) for over 100k, due to stupid losses in forex and stock tradings. I am still able to pay the minimum payments but I feel it's not the way to continue paying like this while my credits are basically exhausted and I started to have default payments.
I tried to check out the consequences of voluntary insolvency via supreme court however I found different answers, can anyone of you who had experience advice me if I can leave the country after i submit the application and resign my job?
