Re: Receiving a parcel sent via Royal Mail UK
My package, mailed from KL on the 14th of December and arrived in Singapore on the 16th, arrived in the mail today, the 29th. Actually the package was mailed in KL "across the counter' on the 12th of November and was mailed on the 14th of Dec????????. It then took another 13 days to get from Woodlands, I suspect, to me.

As I wrote earlier, it's a busy time for the post guys. I also believe, from time to time, the goods are withheld at the customs for more thorough inspections. I buy a lot from Ebay and it happened to me few times that many packages from very different sellers bought over a period exceeding 2 weeks arrived in one single delivery.

A bloody handmade wide tooth sandalwood comb in an envelope? Nah, they are just screwed up, that's all. Oh, and the address was correct.

They tried to deliver at 6:30pm last night but I was still in work.

Interestingly the Xmas cards from family arrived from UK yesterday , they were posted on 15th too , same day as my parcel
