My 1st posting was my choice, my career. The 2nd/3rd were because coincidentally I later married a SGn and hence were then done as I was the trailing-spouse, in the intervals between her postings ex-SIN.
I think there comes a point the global-roving starts to grate, landlords ripping you off, removers stealing stuff etc., and after 20/+ years it can become less of a fun adventure, for me the balance is tipping. Your elder relatives back home have a greater call on you, and so on, and SG is a very looong way away from my home. That's unless you decide to settle down in SG or similar and realise you have discovered your longer-term home there of course.
I never expected to return to SG the 2nd time, never mind 3rd, so I always keep in mind to never say never. So we'll see... :)

review of 2015 in SG?... hmmm ... I am proud to say I have finally mastered the use of "lah" "meh" "mah" and "hor" :lol: ..

sadly though, my contract is up and i am leaving for home in early Jan...
It is better to believe than to disbelieve. in doing, you bring everything to the realm of possibility.
