Post by hsak » Fri, 18 Dec 2015 1:22 pm

Hi All,

I'm holding the EP. I would like to know if I change the new job, their offer salary is lower than current. At the condition can I have a chance to get the EP from new company.(Salary is stay within range of EP). Please suggest me.

As long as the salary is within the EP guidelines, should not be a problem unless the new job is one that MOM deems more suitable for local staff. It's always a gamble changing jobs here. If it's the same type of job, then you should be okay.
