My face is a good place to grow acne. Now it's almost gone because of the tetralysal 300 mg treatment I had to take for 3 months. I also used AHA skincare (drops on my face and don't have to rince). However, because I use those everyday from a long while, my skin is really sensitive now, my usual sunscreen burns my skin and my daily moisturizer became useless. If you were me, what would you do? Should I go to the dermatologist?

are you still taking tetracycline?
stop, if so. then tell your doctor you have problems with it.
i would think you don't have to use a derma just yet.
find a different sun screen. the expensive ones give out free samples.
you can't put a price on "beauty," right?

Hi! I also have such a problematic skin, my face is full of acne though I am already 30s, but after taking supplements and skin care routine, my skin and face are now much better and I put little makeup. We have to take care of inside out not just outside.
Cheers:-)

Apple cider vinegar applied regularly is a cheap and effective way to control Acne. The acid in the vinegar kills the bacteria.

How did you help people? By referring to the right dermatologist or natural ways to get rid of acne?

Yes, you have to take care of yourself inside and out. Have a lot of exercise and avoid fatty and junk foods. Eventually you won't need treatment anymore. I had the same problems for many years and tried a lot of treatment and medication but nothing works until I learned how to take care of myself physically, mentally and even emotionally.

Dry skin acne requires additional care for the simple reason that most acne treatments focus on drying the skin up and ‘starving’ the acne

Use a non soap based low PH face cleanser, it prevents excessive drying caused by generic foaming face washes. I've actually used after shave sometimes on acne and the alcohol in the after shave helps kill the bacteria in the acne.
Diet, sleep and hormones could be other factors I suppose.

know that it's important to use a sunscreen nothing less than SPF50, 50 being the optimal point.
