Anybody with a reliable /cheap aircon servicer?

Hi there,

The title says it all. I HAVE to service my aircons, not that I WANT (tenancy agreement). Does anyone know a cheap aircon servicer that is also reliable? I want to avoid the groupon kind of deal where for every extra stuffs (or imaginary issue...) they charged me $$, which ended up more expensive than the usual.

I know this may be a recurring topic, but just trying my luck!

I used Breeze Air Con Engineering 9180-4584 recently. They came at short notice and did a quick service for $30 per unit. This was a one off, not sure what they would be like for a quarterly service contract.
