Can I be eligible for a Letter of Consent if I were to work as a freelancer for my own firm (either a sole proprietorship or a limited partnership where I am one of the partners), or is employment pass the only route if I work for my own firm?
Apologies if I am repeating a question that has already been answered. I genuinely spent quite some time scanning the topics and while I found several related posts, I could not identify a clear answer to my question.
