I tried to buy in that area many years ago but the banks kept turning me down. Another iconic Singapore area lost no doubt.
I not lawyer/teacher/CPA.
You've been arrested? Law Society of Singapore can provide referrals.
You want an International School job? School website or http://www.ISS.edu
Your rugrat needs a School? Avoid for profit schools
You need Tax advice? Ask a CPA
You ran away without doing NS? Shame on you!

Have hipsters moved in already? How many craft beer breweries have vegan, free-range, gluten-free quinoa and kale on the menu?

I'm just kidding; we all know Singapore is too sterile for hipsters. Instead, you get Chinese and Indians in their mid-twenties, most probably working in the financial sector, with the occasional flat rented out to expats from "Western" countries.

But they won't be grass-fed/conflict-free protein shots.
