Stroller recommendations

Post by stoof » Mon, 23 Nov 2015 1:11 pm

Hi all,

We're expecting next year and i'm looking into which stroller to buy. The selection is overwhelming so just wondered if anyone had any recommendations?

- We do not own a car (and don't want to own one) so we would like something that is taxi friendly.
- We would also consider 2 separate strollers if it was the better choice (1 for when you are planning to use a taxi and 1 lightweight for general walks)
- Does anyone have any experience of a travel system where the car seat can be clipped into the stroller frame so you don't have to carry a separate car seat and stroller?
- Ideally one hand closing
- For newborns
- The car seat must fit in the taxi without a specialised base, I know there is a taxibaby clip which can be used for the seatbelt.

I saw the Britax Agile 3 which has a car seat system, not sure of which others. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Thanks

We had it all based on Quinny, basic everyday Buzz model including all the 3 extensions (basic seat, the carry cot and the car seat):

The car seat is to be fixed with the ordinary seat belts.

and later, for portability, Zapp:
