International Business Park Jurong East to Changi - travel options

What's the most cost effective and efficient travel option from Newton MRT to International Business park? I've tried Red > Green line switch at City Hall, Red line all the way traveling north (way to long). Bus to Botanic garden > Circle line Buona Vista > Cab ... any other options? Also anyone up for cab pool?
