Mate, if you can't remember to fasten your helmet to your head you probably shouldn't be allowed anywhere near a motorbike.

I'd add another question.

I'm a Singapore bike jockey. I always leave my foot 1 inch off the ground when I start off from a traffic signal because:

a) I think it looks very cool to have my flip flop so close to the ground.
b) I want to be able to push my bike upright in case I fall over.
c) I want to be able to catch my unstrapped helmet in case it falls off my head.
d) I really want to know what it feels like to catch my foot on the road, then kick it into the spokes of my turning rear wheel.

Nobody is going to buy it. Either you care for your safety or you don't and no gadget is going to help you with this. This is not that people forget to buckle the straps, they just do or don't care.
