Father = SC (me)
Mother = NR (non-Singaporean resident)

If we get married and assuming she is on LTVP, and we have a kid
Does the kid become a Singapore citizen ? And is it automatic ?

Yes, if delivered in Singapore. If delivered overseas you need to do the registration etc with ICA but still the child is entitled to Singapore citizenship.
