Postby Jane8888 » Tue, 10 Nov 2015 2:27 am

Hi All,

I have got my IPO and signed the Employment Agreement with the company, however my current company offered me a home based job, I think home based job is better for me, but I already signed the Agreement with new company, not yet start working, the Agreement started if I resigned within 3 months, need to pay 1 month salary, but I not yet start work, kindly advise. Thanks!

Pay them the one month salary and move on. Or, it looks like your word isn't worth anything. You agreed to the terms... why do you think they shouldn't apply to you now?

I see you are posting from Malaysia... is this where your home based job is?

I'm with SE, you agreed, you've got to pay it! Although, why you signed such a clause in the first place, I don't know! Sounds like a right two bit operation making you pay them if you don't stay 3 months!
