Scholl for children of EP pass holders

I am from Sri Lanka. I will be getting a job in few months time in Singapore. I hope the monthly salary would not less than 3.5k and not exceed 4k.
First, is it possible with that income to send my son, 4 years old, to an International School? What is the average cost per month? If not is it possible for me to send him to a national schools in Singapore?
